These terms apply to every purchase made on treat.inc. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return and Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.
1- The Store: This website is operated by Treat, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 1010795438, VAT number 312481095900003).
2- Orders: An order is confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation email is sent. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if pricing or product information contains an obvious error; any amount paid is refunded in full in that case.
3- Prices and Payment: Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT. Prices displayed in other currencies are for guidance only; payment is settled in Saudi riyals. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our approved payment providers.
4- Shipping: Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for reasons outside our control.
5- Returns and Exchanges: Returns and replacements are handled according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
6- Product Use: Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Read the full ingredient list on each product page before use, and patch-test first if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop use if irritation occurs.
7- Product Information: We make every effort to show our products, colours and descriptions accurately. Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen.
8- Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Treat and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9- Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
