Shipping policy

Orders are processed on working days and shipped from Riyadh. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Within Riyadh: 2–3 working days
• Rest of Saudi Arabia: 5–7 working days
• Outside Saudi Arabia (GCC and international): 10–14 working days

Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or for reasons outside our control. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Please make sure your address, mobile number and email are correct. If an order is returned to us because the contact details are wrong or the shipment is refused, the delivery fee is deducted from the order value, and re-delivery requires paying the delivery fee again.
