How long does delivery take?

Riyadh: 2–3 working days. Rest of Saudi Arabia: 5–7 working days. Outside Saudi Arabia: 10–14 working days. Weekends are not counted.

Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We ship to the GCC and internationally, usually within 10–14 working days. Prices can be shown in your local currency; payment is settled in Saudi riyals.

Can I return or exchange a product?

For your safety we can't accept returns of products, even unopened, unless the problem was outside your control (for example a technical fault on our site). If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, you can exchange it within 7 days of purchase for another product. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, its contents can't be changed. If you notice a mistake in your contact details, email us at info@treat.inc as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, plus pay-later with Tabby and Tamara. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Are Treat products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are hypoallergenic and designed for all skin types, including dry, oily and sensitive skin. Check each product's full ingredient list on its page, and patch-test first if you have allergies.

Who are Treat products for?

Everyone. Our formulas are genderless and made for every skin type, with clean, simple ingredients chosen for results.
